Refund Eligibility in case of payment mode:
- Refund is eligible for modes all UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card payment, Credit Card payment and Cash only.
- Refund request shall not be accepted if the payment is made by following mode as follows Debit Card EMI, Credit Card EMI, Education Loan (Finance).
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- For Recorded class: This is to inform you that for recorded classes fees will not be refunded at any situation whatsoever.
- For Invesmentor & any subscription based service: Please note, Invesmentor and any subscription based service fees paid by any candidate is non-refundable in any situation whatsoever. However, if anyone purchases a Course , where a subscription based service is included as a package, then, in that situation, the purchaser can claim refund for total course fees.
- Eligibility Period: The student may request a refund for our live classes only after the first class of the course obtained with a valid reason. The request should be mailed from registered mail id of the student to support@invesmate.com only within 24 hours from the completion of first class.
- SEAT BOOKING OR REGISTRATION CHARGES are NON-REFUNDABLE- Any Seat booking charges, Which has been paid for any courses, shall not be refunded in any situation. Only the remaining paid amount after seat booking charges can be refunded excluding GST and convenience charges.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving your written refund request, we will review it in a timely manner. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase excluding GST and convenience charges.
Refund Denial:
We reserve the right to deny a refund request if it does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above. Common reasons for denial may include, but are not limited to:
Refund Denial:
- Request received after the eligibility period has expired.
- Completion of the second class or session of the course.
- Failure to provide the necessary information and proof of purchase.
- Tax amount or convenience charges will not be refunded in any case whatsoever
