Not Satisfied, Claim Back policy:
- Eligibility to claim back the money: The student must:
- Attend the first 3 classes from start to end – Full attendance is mandatory, and the classes must be watched in its entirety.
- Submit all the assignments assigned in the first 3 classes – The student must complete and submit all the given assignments.
- No Refund request will be accepted if the Assignments of first Three classes are not submitted properly
- No fee refunds request will be accepted before the completion of the first three classes of the course.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the time window between the completion of the third class and the commencement of the fourth class of the course.
- Refund Request based solely on the booking amount of 999 will not be accepted for any kind of Advance courses or Insignia courses booking.
- Any refunds authorized will be issued within the current term period and at the company’s discretion.
- By submitting a query or registering on the site you are agreeing to all the company terms and conditions.
- The refund process may take 10 to 14 Working days to be completed.
Only if these conditions are met, the student will be eligible to claim back a certain amount paid for the course.
