8. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

This Disclaimer, along with all disclosures, terms, conditions, communications, content, and services provided under the brands Invesmate and Insights.market, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

8.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to the dispute resolution provisions set out herein, the courts at North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer, the use of any platform, content, services, or any relationship established between the user and Invesmate Insights Private Limited.

8.3 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, controversy, claim, or difference of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer, the use of the platforms, content, services, or the interpretation thereof, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably through mutual discussions.

If such dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of written notice by either party, the same shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

• The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, mutually appointed by the parties.
• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
• The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
• The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Nothing contained herein shall limit, restrict, or otherwise affect the rights of investors to approach or seek remedies before the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other statutory or regulatory authority as may be permitted under applicable laws.
